Menu



Our menu follows the seasonality of products.

Meat is exclusively beef and from our own production.
The availability of meat cuts depends on slaughtering and maturation times, so we guarantee the freshness andhigh quality of our meat.
Our cooking is inspired by a healthy philosophy: meats are cooked at low temperature under vacuum to enhance organoleptic, vitamin and protein properties.

Fruits and vegetables used in our dishes are of our own production, so you will find only seasonal products.

A la carte menu
The a la carte menu is available on holidays, pre-holidays and at these days and times:

Thursday and Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m
Saturday lunchtime by reservation only (subject to farm commitments), evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m
Sunday from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m

We arrange your apericena by reservation only.
